This island is a place which we're sure you'll find most fascinating. If you plan and organise your time with the places you most want to visit, you should get to see the main sites in Samos. An island of legend and beauty, birthplace of Pythagoras and home of the beautiful goddess Hera. Samos stands apart from the islands of the blue Aegean for its unique majesty, cultural traditions and picturesque charm.
Visit the village named after Pythagoras, see the statue in his honour, the town centre and church. Then you might want to head to the Hera Temple, and if you're lucky, there might be an opportunity to be guided around the sacred and ancient site.
For the afternoon adventure, you could check out some pottery demonstrations and visit the Monastery of Timios Stavros. Take a stroll with your camera at the ready for some amazing selfies as you walk to the waterfalls at Potami. If you're a lover of wine, a little wine tasting might appeal to you so a visit to the heritage of Kondeika winery would be on your list. While you're there, you'll learn about the long history of Samos' wine-making. Before finishing up, visit the fishing harbour of Kokkari, as the last exploration to pick-up a souvenir or take more amazing pictures. We're sure you'll be wanting a second visit.

To enter Samos, it is of utmost importance to use the same travel document (passport or ID card) with which you entered Türkiye. If you show a different document, the border guard will not allow you to leave Türkiye for Samos or any Greek Island you are wanting to visit. The child's age is calculated based on the year of birth documented in their passport. Passport and ticket check-in takes place at the international terminal. Ferry cruise time: approx. 1 hour 15 mins to Samos.
On your return, once you have arrived back in Kusadasi Port and made your exit, our staff member, tour guide will be waiting for you holding our company sign, ready to make your return back to Didim.
